Just like you would for a chicken,,,,,, only different.

have it tomorrow. dethaw in refrigerator over night
Order pizza. You don’t really want to eat a greazy duck anyhow.
Prep the bird exactly like you would to roast a chicken. Place raw bacon strips on top of and one or two inside the bird. Surround with stovetop stuffing. Add onion and spice to taste. Cook for one half the time you would for a chicken. Duck has less fat than chicken and will cook dry. Good eating.
Frozen and tonight… Not gonna work!
I suggest floating it in the sink in water over night and MAYBE it will be ready tomorow?
I suggest cutting it up and pan frying it crispy. incorporate a sauce and then finish it in the oven cooked on a low heat for hours and hours in it’s own fat and juices like Coq au Van but with duck!
Or… Marinade it for a few days in an oily, flavored marinade and then take it out, dry it off, coat it and then deep fry it! Yummy!
no chance for tonight (if your talkin about a whole duck) needs to thaw properly. search on line for some good recipes! if your hoping to do crsipy duck and pancakes it is a two day proces (at least i recommend that) you steam / boil day one with cloves spices etc dry out overnight day two oven cook with honey glaze etc if you have duck breast just defrost and grill/panfry whatever way you wish – you will find good recipes everywhere on line. good luck and enjoy duck is nice game to eat
Check out these two recipes. I’m not sure how serious the first one is, but it seems pretty close to what you may be doing if you’re not used to cooking. The second one may be better for more experienced cooks.

Set it out overnight in cool water.Wrap it in bacon and bake it at 350 for 1.5 hrs. then eat the bacon and throw the duck away.
