Question by lovrant: Call center – How does it work when you want to hire a call center to sell a product?
My company is deciding between two options.
1. create our own call center, in order to call companies and sell product
2. hire a call center with experienced sales people
Which option is a better for successful sales campaign?
Is there someone who can help me with brainstorming?
Is there someone who has experience with this dilemma?
Can someone get me such a call center to work for us?
The product is a database with information.
