In UN it's forbidden, except for Sweden. Norway is not part of UN, and therefore we use it here. It's also used a little bit in the states.

Haha. Fenriz is fucking legend! Most blokes involved in BM are too dumb to make fun of themselve but Fenriz has simply amazing sense of humour, btw I think music which Darkthrone make today is the best in their history.

Haha. Yes primarily in Scandinavia. Haha funny you mention that because I (American) have one in right now. It's Swedish brand too. Love it! Fenriz is definitely a character. I'm glad him and Nocturno stuck with it for this long... Another two decades would be great.

It's "snus", it's a kind of tobacco you put under your upper lip and you leave it there... I'm pretty sure norway and sweden are the only countries where it's used.
