Hey everyone one more tip to take this an extra step further. I use the same Husky brand lights I bought from Home Depot. Difference is I went to the back of the store to the lights section and bought some flourescence light panels. They are about $2 a sheet! Tape those to the front of your light and it will diffuse the light to make it softer. Causing less harsh shadows. It works like a charm!

Use a blue background if your subject is blonde, otherwise you want to use green. The trick is to make sure your subject contrasts nicely with the background.

I just bought muslin 10 x 20 ft green screen for $35 with free shipping from eBay. Now thats a really good price for the size of green screen. And I just got it, the quality is superb!! You guys should check eBay out.
