hands down... Barkley greatest "box out" rebounder of all-time and Rodman greatest free-range rebounder of all-time.

lmao 1:05-1:09. hahaha he was so badass. and the other players didnt even do anything about it. this just shows how intimidating he rly was.

He is not a SF he is a PF that combied skills of a Guard, Forward and Center into one body. He was Better than Lebron by Miles. Charles Barkley shot 58.13% Field in the Season and 55.13% from the Field in the Play-Offs excluding his excessive 3-Point FGAs he used to take at 21.6 PPG in the Season and 22.5 PPG in the Play-Offs for his whole 16 year career taking only 12.9 and 14.5 2-Point FGA PG. Not to mention he averaged 11.7 and 12.9 RPG for his whole career at roughly 6`5 ft!

He blocked Olajuwon too David Robinson and Patrick Ewing.
sindribc (November 16, 2008 at 6:51 pm)
how do you make a mix like that?
AceroySangre (November 15, 2008 at 1:25 am)
His defense is so overlooked because that reputation began when he went to try out in 84 to the olympic team where he kicked everyones butt but was overweight ant stuff. Barkley is not the Best Interior Defensive PF but he is the Best Floor Defensive PF Ever. He was one of the only PFs capable of running all the way back court to catch up and block a faster guard on a fast break. How many PFs can do that? He also has the highest Steal Per Average Ever for the PF spot. Ever!
Droog13 (November 15, 2008 at 12:48 am)
Barkley was a great rebounder who was also an excellent post-scorer with a decent outside shot and above average passing ability (for a forward). You have to admit, though, he was lousy at defense and didn't live up to his potential. I'm not trying to knock him, but if he had worked on improving his game and keeping in shape the way MJ or Karl Malone did, he would probably be regarded by most people as one of the top three players of all time, maybe even the greatest.

I don`t see the game resembleance at all. The only thing they have similar is that they are both undersized at the PF spot. Larry at 6`6 and Barkley at 6`4. Both strong built aswell but Barkley is way more of a diverse and skilled player. Barkley game was multi skilled regarding positions, in the same way Bird and Magic where.

Could somebody tell me what is the title of this song, please??? Thanks
Droog13 (November 13, 2008 at 8:29 am)
Oh, I know Larry isn't as good as Chuck, I was just saying that they have similar games, the same way Dwayne Wade and Kobe Bryant aren't in MJ's league (although Kobe will most certainly be a lock for the HOF and Wade's not too bad of a player himself), but do have similar styles of play.

Sir Charles blocked one of Shaq's dunks in Shaq's 1st Allstar Game I believe. He was called for a body foul but he stuffed the hell out of his dunk! Does anyone of this footage?
Conorski (November 12, 2008 at 3:39 pm)
Larry Johnson was never a Sir Charles Caliber. He was a good player with all due respect. He is not a legend.

sir charles 4ever
AceroySangre (November 10, 2008 at 7:15 pm)
Grandma was good, had great heart&strength but he was no where near his level. Charles put fear into teams is an All-Time: Top 10 EFF Player, Top 9 Season PER&Top 7 Play-Off PER. Granda was 6`6 1/2 (1.99-2.00mt) while Chuck was 6`4 5/8 (1.95 mt). He did not impact the game the way Chuck did nor did he have the set of skills: Fadeways, Mid Range Shots, 1-1 Off the Dribble Drives, Raging Rebounds, Ball Handling Coast to Coasts, FG%, Steals etc. Chuck like very few was a Multi Position Player
Brookssee821 (November 10, 2008 at 9:12 am)
He was awesome because he was short for his position and he could still dominate. I love hearing what he has to say.

"The Jordan` typoes will come (ala Kobe Bryant or Wade) but the Sir Charles types?
NEVER! "
Apparently you don't remember Larry Johnson?

Can`t decide there is no desicion here Barkley along Bird are the greatest Freak of Natures Ever. When will we see another 6`9, unathletic, unleaping, slow dude that Schools everyone just by passing, shooting, boxing out, court awarenss and witts? When will we see another 6`4 5/8 PF that dominates the league the way Charles did?The Jordan` typoes will come (ala Kobe Bryant or Wade) but the Sir Charles types?
NEVER!
NEVER!
Wes Unseld and Moses Malone should be in the discussion too.
Anyhow, Barkley = Greatest PF Ever.
