i agree with the others - despite its obvious racial problems, it was normal for the time and this will never ceease to be an adorable timeless classic. you'll never find a cartoon drawn and animated as smoothly as this ever again! its all CG crud... Betty Boop- legend.

Wow. Then again, there were many prevailing stereotypes of that period that were pretty much accepted in everyday life. It's still a cute cartoon.

hahaha this was a good cartoon!!those babies got skillz!!!but damn! they pull no punches on the black people. 3 black babies all pin togather by a gaint saftey pin, they were behind what appaers to be a farm of some sort, and to top it off get lead off stage by a trey carrying a big slice of watermelon!! geezbut whatever it surpisly entaining.

What exactly was insensitive about the Asian baby part? I could tell that there was probably something offensive goin' on with it, but I wasn't exactly sure what...Other than that, I really enjoyed that video. I giggled.

Just to say this video was made in 1939-45 somewhere around that and to think black independance was until 50's so it wasnt because of the black minstrels it was because there was a black woman in a audeince of white poeple!
