post match interviews are posted on official tournament websites. after a while, they are taken down and replaced the next year. Besides, players play lots and lots of tournments so it'd be impossible for me to remember an exact tournament, find the website and look 4 a press interview from 1-2 years ago. I promise u that Roger once said Roddick was nothing more than a big serve, he had no game. It was the talk of the tournament&I don't think Roddick found that funny.

sure you can say that,&he can say that too as a coverup to avoid public dissent, but that wasnt the vibe he was giving at all. i've seen Roddick display that same type of humor where he is making light of a subject, but not in this interview. he wasnt serious that he meant Novak actually had those diseases, but was serious in his mocking that implied pretty strong feelings of disapproval toward him. even if he was joking, mentioning him having deadly diseases like anthrax is just not funny.

roddick's got an attitude&most of the time it's a bad one. God only knows how much I like him as a tennis player but his personality makes him a hard person to like. U really need to pay more attention to all of his pre and post match interviews. U might think 2wice about defending his precious honor.

Novak rolled his ankle I saw the replay like 5 times and he's had corrective respiratory surgery that falls a little short sometimes. If Roddick thought that was something to make a joke out of then shame on him.

In the past, Roger has had harsh words about Roddick and the thing he says. I've watched press conferences&know this for a FACT. And no it wasn't OBVIOUS that Roddick was joking considering may of his jokes aim below the belt. Roddick is known by other players and critics as having a wry and questionable sense of humor. His jokes aim a little low sometimes and if you say otherwise then obviously u're clueless. Ok. I got the facts.

he can certainly take a joke, but Roddick wasn't joking. first you need to see Roddick's interview. Andy is an asshole and what he said was just wrong. he didnt crack a smile and really wasnt joking at all - you could feel it. what he really wanted to say was that Novak was a faker&a pussy, which is way off. the guy had septum surgery - of course he's got respiratory problems from that,&it will affect his stamina as well. he didnt insult the crowd. he just said they were against him.

Sad to see that Novak can dish out the joking but he can't take it in return. Everybody knew Roddick was kidding when he talked about Novaks "16 injuries". Only idiots with no sense of humor would take his kidding so literally. Then Novak insulted the entire crowd which was an even dumber move. I hope he lets go of his anger and comes back a happier person next year. He was fun to watch in 2007 but not in 2008.
