DON'T BLAME Mr. Kashkari for AIG's CEOs actions. The answer to your question Rep. Manzullo is: Economic Value Added Analysis which will help you determine fair compensation acts. You shouldn't underestimate anyone's academic backgrounds. I think that all of you must have skipped the EVA chapter in your Finance classes.

ngonea, eh, the precepts of Islam are different than the practice. They get around prohibitions on interest by a variety of practices, such as murabaha, to name just one, where they buy something somebody wants then they mark the price up, supposedly to cover a service charge, then sell it at a higher price. I have not seen the videos you mentioned, will check them out. Thanks!

EncompassedRunner - Did you know that Islam does not allow "USURY" (interest on loans is forbidden), maybe U.S. should try it. They pull money out of thin air and charge us interest in the form of inflation, Congress should uphoald their sworn duty and responsibility to issue money into the system, not the Federal Reserve, that isn't Federal (private Corp.) and has No reserves. A bunch of dam crocks! see: "Money As Debt" on yt or "Zeitgiest Addendum" if interested.
