i disagree because i use teh EG#BEBe and it sounds awesome. Especially airtap. he uses it in one of them its the vid when he plays airtap on this show its in that tuning

nah its just facfcf. ive tried mixing it and using tunings a not down and it doesnt work. only one that sortof works is tuning the 6th string to E for a better bass line thats about it :S

hes using elixer steel strings dude :) kinda pricybut the last like 4 times as long then any other strings so u get ur money's worth :D

If you notice carefully, he does a couple runs which involve hammering the bottom two strings and letting them ring open. It sounds like the low string was an E and the 2nd string was a B.

Of course, I can't say anything for certain, and I certainly don't contest the fact that it's really rather irrelevant; the music is incredible.

i agree with you but i was refering to the tunning he was in =) not the key thought the tunning sounded like open F, ethier way its beautifull and thats an understatment.

E major. He modulates between the major and minor keys (E - C#m) a few times, but doesn't change keys apart from that modulation.

There isn't even an F in this song from what I can hear.
