So if Nintendo finds out (what they will be finding out I have no idea) then they will sue us. 'It' is also like taking the mic (microphone for Rock Band maybe?) out of the Xbox 360. (I have no idea how getting sued by Nintendo is like the previously mentioned activity.) It is apparently also funny and is a can be considered 'EXSCERSISE'.
