TRX Body Weight Training
All you need for a good workout is a good imagination and a TRX unit. Do this rotation 5 times without rest and you have one heck of a workout. If you notice every body part is worked. If you don't think so, then post a comment.

I always find this kind of training alot of fun and alot more varied than the gym.But strangely public perception means people look at you ike you are a bit mad. If you train like this.
However in the gym they take no notice. We need to be more like Asia. There they just exercise where they want and when they want, wearing anything they want. It is much more benificial to society. Than the way we view training

Yeah. Just screw in a heavy duty eye hook into that 4x4. This should work that is if that 4x4 is at least 7 feet off the ground. Please let me know if you have anymore questions. Good training!

Very impressive. Thank you for uploading! I've been considering buying the TRX to use as additional facet to my training regime. My problem is that the only pole/post I could use at home is a 4 x 4 vertical post. Do you have any thoughts/opinions on this?

There is absolutely nothing wrong with the conventional style of lifting! This is just another form of EXERCISE! Exercise should be several things like fun, innovative, progressive, repeatable etc and that's all I am doing. It's just adding a little something different to some of the other styles of workouts I perform. What happens to a boxer who doesn't practice take downs and ground work in the MMA? Asking me that question earlier is like asking a MMA guy "what's wrong with just being a boxer?

You just inspired me, i started out with weight lifting but grew tired of it after a month, so i started to run at 70-80% BPM for 45 minutes everyday, i do some push ups, pull ups, crunches, hanging knees etc, going for my third week now, and my strength is really something else, you do great, seriously. Can i buy those ropes at a regular sports store?

Probably not because your body will adapt to the stress put on the muscles. You should add some good weight training using some heavy weights and stress working some of the basic lifts like Bench Press, Squats, Deadlifts etc. To keep seeing results from your workout, variety is the key. Good luck!

Jack LaLanne is 93 and works out two hours every single morning of his life, including 1/2 hr. of swimming. Hope you will be doing this when you are his age.

Dude your badass. I've been looking at bodyweight exercises and all i see on here is vids by skinny guys that do everything half ass. You didnt even look tired at all your the man! Where did you get that rope with the handles at I would like to get one.

Yeah, use a handrail to do bodyweight rows.
