That stuff was written by Subject 16. I think he was an ancestor of a Japaneese Assassin. Anyways, Subject 16 spent too long inside the animus so he/she suffered the bleeding effect (Its kind of like a Multiple Personality Defect). He left those messages behind to warn Desmond of what the Templars are gonna do.
