Last year me and my Dad,(2 kiwis)holidayed in Croatia and Greece.dad had his bag stolen passport wallet everything. IAG insurance gave us a hell of a time spending our emergency money and Dad had taken out the very best emergency insurance so we were glad they went bankrupt. It didnt spoil my trip. I had the best pedicure ever in Athens by a sweet turkish girl and Im a spa/beautician myself.

It was top performers in the life insurance department that went on the trip not executives. Its a very common practice by ins co's, Am Fam, Farmers, Allstate, AIG, State Farm, and many others. Plus this "bail-out" is a loan, they are paying it back in 2 years at 11% intrest. I work at AIG and yes its really crappy right now and I totally understand everyones stress about this... trust me! I didnt get to go on the trip and I am mad about that! haha Plus, we just got sandwiches for lunch! Yay!

Write, call, or email the president, house speakers, congressman, and anyone else that you can think of. Let them know this is unacceptible. These people don't like being bothered, and they should know we are upset at the way our money is being spent. Lets get them out of office, and better yet put us into it.

Why are people not raising hell in Washington for giving these people a bailout. They should have been thrown in jail. They claim the american people did useless spending what about companies like this. Since when does a vacation cost 400,000 dollars? If they are going to bail these people out with our tax dollars then they need to put restrictions on what the money is used for. This is only making the problem worse they are not bailing out anything. They can use their vacation hours.

Think about it; they have 1-800 numbers, store front, websites to pay for just to stay in business.
Lately I've been calling 1-800s wasting as much of their time as I can and then I hang up without buying. While alone I can't do much to cost them but if many did this at once it would fry the 1-800 line for a day
