Gain knowledge by reading and studying good books.

Gain knowledge by following others who you see as leaders and learn from them and do what they do.

Leaders do not think that they are better than other people.

Leaderhip does not mean you put other people down to try and lift yourself up.

Leaderhip means you want to truly help other people and give them your knowledge to help them.

The best leaders are always learning and following other leaders because they have an attitude of always learning more and becoming better and better.
