I liked her documentary "End of America", until she mentioned that the USA does not have terrorism like Israel does. MS. Wolf, If you're going to mention terrorism you should mention both sides, not just Israel. I think the Palestinian people have received way more terrorism than Israel.....Just though you should know.

The Dems laid the foundations for many of Bush's abuses, for instance warrantless wiretapping on the massive scale Bush did was only physcially possible because of Clinton era, "anti-terror" legislation.

Frannie and Freddie were liberal institutions, the CRA was a liberal idea, as was bank guarantees. Everything that happened happened because of what is basically an FDR-"liberal" agenda, which is nothing like the original meaning of liberal. Conservatives of course became "liberal"-lite. The solution is what conservatives say they favour.

Well what is and should be are two planets apart.All throiugh school I was d's and f's in civics and u.s. history type subjects. Until I hit that constitution test and I was the only one to ace it in my class. No special study, it is just common sense material and worth keeping.

Democracy means "voice of the demos" the people. Should NOT be voting for nonsense, Britney's outfit.
Republican is SUPPOSED to be BOUND by Constitution, limits. Sure.
Fascists and Monarchists hate both republicanism and democracy.
What ppl mean by demo system in USA is avg citizens' voices must count, NOT just Senators, Plutocrats.

She has some good opinions, but sadly, she's probably socialist and collectivist also, so she negates it. Why can't people realize, both conservatism and liberalism in America are fascistic. One or the other or both are collectivistic, they don't believe in prior restraint, they believe in legislating based on religion and tradition and legislating to preserve "culture", they believe in saftey over liberty, they believe the government should have privileges the people don't etc. etc. etc.

I love it. She doesn't care about people paying more than 50% of their entire income in taxes and who are essentially more than half a slave, but things like Guantanamo set off warning flags for her. The only dystopia she's not afraid of is the socialism we're barreling towards. I think she said "Marshal law" about 12 times here; I'm sorry, but who are the ones "whipping up" a fearful populace again?
