That's easy, just take one hit every 15 minutes or so. As soon as you're satisfied just stop and you shouldn't feel sick. As a safety measure though, I try not to smoke too much that I would feel uncomfortable in any way.

Somewhat.. it only adds Nitrogen. There are too many other harmful chemicals that would not benefit the plant for you to actually use it, though. Even so, would you want to smoke your own piss?

it wasn't amazing for me. i was freaking out. because i made a mess and was trying to clean everything up before my bro got home. i had to light ensence and clean up the bathroom where i used my gravity bong. I wanna get high but not that high (ever again). could you tell me how much i should smoke to get a good high.

today i got so high i couldn't feel my legs. I got a dime of crippy (good shit) and smoked a joint and took 4 bong hits. I was freakin out. I don't know if thats normal because i've never been that high. and about 7 hours later i was almost completely sober.
