because I fill perfectly safe with a man that I dont know running around my neigborhood in full combat gear with a assualt weapon. Now we would all like to think that our government is on our side, but when they do things that up to 80% of us dont agree with such as staying in iraq or the big bank bailouts with our money can you really think there always on OUR side. Last time I looked they were supposed to be our representatives, cheney put there thoghts on our wants best when he said "SO"

I can't speak for everyone else, but I don't like militants just doing what their told, that's the same excuse used by the Germans in WWII.

soldiers aren't supposed to do police work.
I don't like the military having more powerful weapons then civilians or on duty in places where their not normally seen. A soldier on duty should not be in a grocery store, library, or wall mart. They should have all they need.

as long as they aren't invading the rights of others which they are not. Not only that, but those young men are only doing what they are ordered to do to serve their country.They're not beating anyone or demeaning their character so why is everyone making a fuss?

I won't advocate Martial Law or anything like that, but look at the LA Race Riots in the 90's...If it weren't for National Guard Intervention, who knows how many more people would've been killed, you know?

One thing my professors/teachers don't like is me saying "what if".
I can say that it would be interesting to see what would happen. I currently still as of yet have to cash my savings out of the bank.
I can also say "unity" is a powerful weapon.
Also we still have our guns, but if they decide to use a bio attack on us, well that will hit hard I'm afraid, and that takes few ppl to implement.

What if Americans decided to rebel one day and even half the workforce didnt show up for work? What everyone took out their money form the stockmarket? What if everyone did nothing? Our world depends on us and our actions not the governments actions. They feed you lines of bull to make you feel dependent on them.

The weapons corporations, the media, the surveillance corporations. The Banking corporations. Even the food corporations along with trade organizations. The world is a network of businesses. If They already have the workers they need to self sustain themselves, the food, the resources, the vaccines needed for a bio attacks, then They don't need us.

Well I live in Louisiana and after katrina they had to go into new orleans and basically take back new orleans from the people. They are probley just doing mock situations like that.

Umm, their getting URBAN Combat training right now in IRAQ, AFGAN. They brought these soldiers home from their then assigned them to these operations. IT'S AGAINST THE LAW AND CONSTITUTION. PERIOD.

They are "organizing" "running" exercises in a lot of cities across the us as we speak. Military Operations of Arizona neighborhoods for one. Additional ones in California, Florida etc..on and on across the nation. Search Martial Law here on youtube, google yahoo
