i dont think skin tone plays into the fact that someone cant wear a smokey eye. anyone can wear a smokey eye, it just depends on the colors you use and the placement.

I dont like smokey eye on this model...smokey eye is better suited for dark hair, dark eyed girls.

agreed,i got a friends who is obsessed with smokey eyed,it looks very funny when she does that everytime.she got small eyed and very tan skin tone,so imagine that kind of make-up effects my friends look.
