i've already said all i had to say. there's no point in repeating ourselves. i mentioned glam as a copliment to saxon, because i love glam's style and lifestyle and i think of it as something extremely positive. if you think it's negative, it's your problem man, i don't care

i know what glam is.hair teasing and the rest of the shit.saxon is not glam dont say crap dude. this has got nothing to do with glam stop inventing crap. saxon and motorhead and judas priest are all pure heavy metal and theres no appearance to it. leather perhaps and the jackets with patches. but saxon is fucking not glam dude

you have to understand that the term glam describes the style and the appearance, not the music. glam metal's sound is basically hard rock, heavy metal and some pop metal. when i said glam metal i meant this amazing appearance you see at this video

i saw saxon play with lizzy in 1979 at bradford west yorkshire england about a 200 seater thats rock and roll fuck your 50,000 plus you can not see owt and this band comes from yorkshire so must be good

I don't think so - Most of this band here have now gone, and Saxon doesn't really exist - sort of like The Stones without Jagger and Richards. Bring back Dobby and Oliver!

Nah not at all. This drummer is still with them but not their best, that was Pete Gill who joined the band in '76 but they were known as Son of A Bitch back then, they toured extensively in the North b4 they were signed to Carrere in '79. Pete was with them until 1981/2. He was an amzing drummer and ya know what, I saw them play their 1st gig with him - he made that band come alive, what a rhythm section - Pete Gill&Steve Dawson, although, Steve&Graham were the founders of the original band

Thanks for adding this!Seeing this in 2008 they truly dressed like fools, but "make no mistake": Even today this holds up!It´s a brilliant track from a great band. On the lyrical side Saxon was one of the best bands of the NWOBHM and this is in my humble opinion their Masterpiece!

I have to back ajsz08 on this one, unhappy Frenchy does knock every Saxon video on YouTube. This guy has Billy Idol and Tom Waits stored in his favorites, he's obviously at the wrong show here. I couldn't imagine watching Tom Waits videos all day and leaving neg. comments. Frenchy is sad and unhappy in life and he seems to use YouTube as a way to vent his anger. Feel better about yourself Frenchy and then this band Saxon wouldnt bother you so much.
