its magic. its not real, its illusion. The reason people like it is because it puts you in a state of disbelief. Its meant to look real so you'll question how he does it.

my answer: Its a sharp coin. XD maybe it cut through the stomach lining, was pulled along near the rib cage and made its way up his arm. sharp enough to cut through stomach but not through arm.... that would have been cooler. obviously its a bunk answer (duh) but i wasn't planning on giving a serious answer anyway.

Also this was not fake, the cut he performed could of been lethal because there is an artery passing through his arm and he could of "accidently" cut it and die in a matter of minutes

If you look at the human body anatomy, you see that when you swallow something it goes down your throat, then in your intestines, and so on until it gets out of your rectum (exception of when breathing, it goes to your lungs) wich means that there is no way someone can "swallow" a 5 or 25 cent? and then having it go in your arm, that is impossible, how would it manage its way there?I will not change my point of view unless someone prooves how thi is real.
