Depends on what you want in a keytar. The Moog Liberation is an analog keytar, I believe, but I could be wrong. Most are MIDI controllers and the like. The Liberation was also manufactured circa 1980, and doesn't have many of the bells and whistles that todays keytars do. The Roland AX-1 and AX-7 are generally considered top of the line though. For older keytars, the Korg RK-100 is a decent choice.

if you're asking how much a keytar is, that is a Roland AX-1. They go for $500-$700 on ebay. Roland is pretty much the only manufacturer that makes good keytars. I think casio might make one, but it could be even more expensive.
