My cats do this thing where you see them outside, they meow at you, and so you stand there with the door open only to have them take their sweeeeeeeet time ambling toward the door. Then when they finally get to the door, they take a whole minute just to cross the door cill to make sure the coast is clear. Personally, I think they do it on purpose just to remind us of our place.
