Snake Boy - Cambodia
September 2008. In Cambodia, a real-life Mowgli strokes and kisses his five-metre long pet, a giant Burmese python. Seven-year old Sambath rides, wrestles and even sleeps with a snake big enough to squeeze a man to death.

man , this is really unbelievable that his parents allow him to play with that python. I am so scared to just stay near it.

Nah, you're thinking of the Disney movie maybe? In the book, the python is wise and good.

tlorth0421 (December 8, 2008 at 11:45 pm)
actually they returned the snake back in the wild about three time when the snake first appear at their house, but it kept coming back, so they let it stay
budagen (December 5, 2008 at 1:38 pm)
I think the only reason they have thrived together, is because they kept the snake well fed, and therefore always remained docile. In the wild, they only feed every few months. It also would have not grown this big in 5-6 years in the wild. Otherwise, it would have had anyone of them as a meal by now.

They should take the kids away from those ignorant parents. Absolute stupidity.
