Wrong. ALL martial arts require body conditioning, even Taiqiquan (Tai chi), probably one of the most internally focused arts out there. You will always need the speed, spacing, movement, and fine control to execute your techniques. Plus, for all those arts with a spiritual or religious component like Aikido and Zen Buddhism, you gain the focus for internal training through years of exercise and conditioning of external practice first. Your exercise is your first experience with meditation.

dude... their is not sensai in tae kwon do their is sobinuim and if your so good ill set up a fight between you and mark lopez and olympic athlete...Also falin back on your master to protect you is cowardnice I am 4 dan and my grandmaster is 9th dan in tae kwon do and hapkido 7th in karate and 3rd degree for jujitsue
