The actual length of the shoot for this video was only 12 seconds long. And yes, I remember this song as a pre teen and thought it was awesome. It took me so long to finally find this CD which has some excellent music.

I do beleive this was filmed after the L.A. riots after the Rodney King verdict. The man as one represents the city or the U.S. and all the riots/fires that took place as it was, after the cops were acquitted of any crimes. This video makes total sense tome at least.
