Where are you from?Im from Scotland, watch almost all the american sports and coach basketball.

Basketball and American Football in particular enjoy a large fan base in the UK, one which appears to be growing steadily.

clay111: I think a very young Wayne Gretzky is the "ice hockey dude" at 3:18.

It's Bo Kimble. His best friend and teammate Hank Gathers collapsed and died in the semi-final game of the WCC tournament. When LMU made it to the NCAA tourney, Bo Kimble shot his first free throw of every game with his left hand in memory of Hank. He was 3-3.

This video is awesome! Just looking at the expressions on everyones face in it shows how sports develop character. Each and every face shows passion and love for their sport. To bad these days it is rare to find those types of players in any sport. Now it's all about the money and the fame, not the love of the sport.

No chance, basketball like every single nation outside america is a minority niche game...its non competitive recreational pastime. China its table tennis and football...basketball wouldnt register and any Olympic event was only fleeting interest.

True. BBC's greatest moments would feature...Football - England winning World Cup
- Champions League Finals (Manchester United, Liverpool)
- F.A. Cup Finals
Rugby - England winning World Cup
- Barbarians greatest TRY ever
Cricket - Ashes
Tennis - Wimbledon
Golf - Faldo epic win vs Norman 1996 US Masters
Formula 1 - Nigel Mansell (8 other Brit champs)
Olympics - Stephen Redgrave 5 consecutive Gold
Boxing - Lewis, Calzaghe etc
Horse Racing - Red Rum
Then Snooker, Darts..minor games

That would be Bobby Knight's infamous chair throw from a college basketball game in the '80s. I think the game was Indiana vs. Perdue.

I recognize that shot at 0:52, but I forget who's in it.
