Sometimes it is quite boring to stretch and work out separately, so I thought I'd show you some of my combo-exercises, benefitting both things at the same time. Saves you time and also, it can make your workout routine a lot more interesting. Only bodyweight exercises in this video, so you don't need dumb bells or anything. Most exercises are more or less advanced, but you can definitely do them, maybe not with full splits.
Ideal for martial artists, XMA trixers, freerunners, traceurs, acrobats, gymnasts, bboys and the like.
To round thevideo I added some freerunning moves of me in the end.

yeah dude i agree i practiced 1-5 hours i think i got Splits and really good leg flexibility in 1-4 days or soo.

Splits are basic actually you guys i learned emm IN 4 DAYS!!! BELIVE ME.well i practiced none stop when stretching but its not that hard

that's not dangerous at all!I'm telling you, the thing that you re doing right now is even dangerous.that's right,sitting in front of your computer screen for 3-4 hours straight is dangerous for your eye!but if you train like that man in the video for 3-4 hour straight,you'll gonna be able to be flexible like that man in no time!!!

you need to add n to title or somehitng that this is all very advanced training. and can very very dangerous to most people.

I think I heard all my muscles being pulled from the bone. OUCH. I actually screamed watching the first excersize!
